Interests and Other Information
My main passion is technology. I like to keep up to date with technological breakthroughs as it excites me to think about how our lives could become more integrated with technology with advances on the internet. I have also taught myself various technologies such as C#, ASP.NET MVC and WebForms, PHP, Entity Framework Code First, Dependency Injection, AJAX, jQuery and CSS. There are such a diverse range of technologies and it’s difficult to stop reading about them.
I enjoy exercising, either in a small group of people like mountain biking or larger team such as football. Taking in the views you can see, from on top of hills from mountain biking, and rush of travelling down steep rocky hill sides at a fast pace culminates in an exciting sport.
I played football for many years as part of a local youth team where we won various trophies. I also trained and played for the Oracle and Fantasy League football team which was a great way to meet new people from different job roles and learn about the organisation. We also played against various clients which I found was a great way to network and form relationships with the people you’re building fantasy football games for.
